Jaclyn Marcone joined the firm in 2024 as an Associate Attorney. She focuses her practice on labor and employment law. A substantial part of her practice includes representing federal, state, and local government employees in various employment matters before government agencies, including the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC).

Before joining the firm, Jaclyn worked as an Attorney Advisor with the Peace Corps Office of Inspector General. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a degree in Psychology. Prior to attending law school, Jaclyn worked as a Case Assistant in the Product Liability & Mass Tort department at a law firm in Richmond, VA. She received her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
