A significant portion of Dan’s practice is dedicated to representing Foreign Service Officers (FSOs) in disciplinary and separation matters, OIG investigations, EEO claims, whistleblower cases, and security clearance appeals. Dan also has extensive experience representing police officers in disciplinary matters, use of force investigations, and civil lawsuits, including Bivens actions. Dan earned his law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and is licensed to practice in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Originally from New York, he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University in Maryland, laying the foundation for his legal career.
