Kaylie is an attorney whose practice focuses on labor and employment law, including workplace compliance, employee discipline, employee misconduct, workplace investigations, personnel actions, and related employment matters. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2025, where she also earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law and served as President of the International Law Students Association.
Before joining the firm, Kaylie worked on personal injury matters, gaining valuable experience in client advocacy, factual investigations, and legal analysis. This background enables her to effectively assess complex workplace issues, conduct thorough investigations, evaluate evidence, and develop practical solutions to employment-related challenges. Kaylie takes a client-centered approach to her practice, recognizing that legal issues often involve significant personal and professional consequences.
