Katelyn Clarke joined the firm in October 2022 as an Associate Attorney. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. A substantial part of her practice includes representing federal, state, and private employees in employment-related matters in court and before government agencies, including the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC). She also represents Foreign Service Officers in grievances, security clearance defense, and disciplinary cases. Additionally, she has experience representing whistleblowers in D.C. Superior Court and the United States District Court of the District of Columbia.
Before joining the firm, Katelyn clerked for the Honorable Donine Carrington Martin in Charles County, Maryland Circuit Court. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law with a certificate in Workplace Law. While attending law school, she worked for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and represented low-income clients as a student attorney in Denver Law’s Civil Litigation Clinic. Prior to matriculating at the University of Denver, Katelyn worked in corporate development for a large non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C.
Katelyn is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the D.C. Women’s Bar Association.
