Lauren is an associate attorney at Crowley So, LLP, where she concentrates her practice on labor and employment law. She advises and represents clients on a broad range of workplace matters, including compliance with employment regulations, representation in all levels of disciplinary actions, development and enforcement of workplace policies, employee relations, and dispute resolution.
Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and was an active member of the Environmental Law Society, further refining her legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
Prior to law school, Lauren graduated from Stevenson University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She was also a dedicated NCAA Division III softball student-athlete, an experience that strengthened her teamwork, leadership, and discipline—qualities that continue to inform her approach to legal advocacy. Lauren brings a client-centered, solutions-oriented perspective to her practice, helping clients navigate workplace challenges with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance.
